Rub your hands together very fast until they get nice and warm. Close your eyes and place your hands over your eyes. Sit quietly with your hands like that and take deep breaths.

Everyone has to take turns to call out consecutive numbers (1-2-3-4 etc). There is no order to it! The aim is to get to 10 as fast as you can. If two people call out the same number, we have to start again. You can do this in a circle or where you're sitting.

Sitting on your chair, lean forwards and put your arms down to form an O shape. Slowly stretch out your arms, legs and back to make an X. Slowly move back to the O shape. Repeat this 2-3 times while breathing deeply.

Stand in a circle. Look down at the floor. Make sure your eyes are down. When the teacher says "Look up", you have to look up at one of your classmates. If two people make eye contact, you have to sit down. Last person standing is the winner!

All of you will be sitting in your chairs. At any time, you can jump up and say, “Pop!”. Once you do, you remain standing. If two people pop up at the same time, everyone takes their seats, and the game starts over. How quickly can the entire class pop without having to start over?
